Last year I finished making a set of 10 Silky. The customer had an original Silky Oak dining setting with 6 chairs, (no carvers) from early last century, she required more chairs and commissioned me to make an extra 10 chairs with two carvers. The 10 I made are exact replicas made from North Queensland Silky Oak with a traditional French Polished Finish.
